3rd EU Workshop

IFTTA 3rd Europe Work-Shop

 

The 3rd IFTTA Europe Work-Shop was held by the Federal Agency for Tourism (Russian Federation) and the Association of the Russian Tour Operators in Moscow.    

 

Date: 15 - 17th April, 2010.
 
The work-shop was an important opportunity to discuss the latest developments of the revision of 90/314/EEC Package Directive.

 

Main topics were:

- Revision of the 90/314/EEC Package Travel Directive – debate on common IFTTA position.

- New challenges for the travel industry: efficient consumer protection. Latest achievements in national legislations, recent case-law papers, discussions.
